Report a content correction

A specific report is easier to check than “this page is wrong.” Please include:

• The PTE Karo page URL.
• The sentence, table row or instruction you want checked.
• What appears incorrect or outdated, and the date you noticed it.
• A link to the current Pearson, government, university or professional-body source, if available.

Use PTE Karo content correction as the subject if helpful. You do not need to prove a personal application history or send a test report to suggest a correction.

Report a website problem

Tell us the affected page, what you tried to do, what happened and your device or browser. For a layout problem, include the approximate screen width or a screenshot with personal information removed. For a broken link, include both the page you were on and the destination.

Please do not include passwords, session links, payment-card details, passport images, full score reports or visa documents. If a screenshot contains these, redact them before sending.

For a booking, account or test-result issue

Contact Pearson PTE support. PTE Karo cannot access myPTE, take payment, change an appointment, release a score or investigate your test recording. Our booking guide and results guide explain the relevant official processes.

For admission requirements, ask the institution or course team. For a visa rule or individual eligibility question, use the relevant government service or a qualified adviser. Do not wait for a website-content reply if an application or review deadline is approaching.

For a question about data you sent to PTE Karo, email [email protected] with a privacy enquiry. Describe the request without attaching unnecessary identity documents. Read the privacy policy for data use and browser-storage controls.
